SHIPPING & RETURNS.
Every shirt is printed in our Brooklyn shop and shipped by us. Here is what to expect after you order, and what to do if something is not right.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders within the United States.
- Orders are printed to order in Brooklyn, NY. Most arrive 3 to 6 business days after you order; personalized shirts can take a day or two longer.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Need it by a date? Write the date in your order notes or contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.
International orders
Shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and paid by the buyer on delivery. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Returns & exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Shirts must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. If an item comes back worn or damaged, the refund is reduced by the loss in value.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless we made a mistake.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number. We will send the return address and refund you once the shirt arrives.
Personalized shirts
Personalized shirts are printed with your names, numbers, text or photo, so we cannot resell them and cannot take them back for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check your spelling and the size chart before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement, and you will not pay for any shipping.
Cancellations
Shirts go to print quickly, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you spot a mistake in your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to catch it before it prints.
