TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms apply to every order placed on onewaytshirts.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Your designs and photos

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, name, logo and piece of text you send us. We may refuse to print anything that is copyrighted or trademarked by someone else (team logos, characters, brands), hateful, explicit or illegal. If we refuse an order, we refund it in full.

Spelling and photo quality

We print your text exactly as you type it, so please check spelling, names and dates before ordering. Photos print as sent; low-resolution photos may look soft. If a photo is too blurry to print well, we will contact you before printing.

Colors

Shirt and ink colors can look slightly different on screen than in person. Garment-dyed shirts such as Comfort Colors vary a little in shade from shirt to shirt. This is normal and not a defect.

Production and shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on every order, with tracking, to US addresses only. Orders are printed in our Brooklyn shop with a fast turnaround. Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, holidays and weather are outside our control. If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@onewaytshirts.com. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Shirts without personalization can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. The buyer pays return shipping.
  • Personalized shirts are made just for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size.
  • Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced free of charge.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
