OneWayTshirts is a small print shop in Brooklyn, New York. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it. Questions? Email support@onewaytshirts.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the text or photo you add to your shirt.
- Payments: processed by WooCommerce Payments and its card partners. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: cookies and basic analytics, plus advertising tags from platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest that help us measure our ads.
How we use it
- To print and ship your order and send you order and tracking updates.
- To answer your messages.
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the site and our ads.
Your photos and text
- We use your photo and text only to make your order.
- We never post, sell or use them in ads without your written permission.
- We keep uploaded photos only while we make your order. They are deleted automatically 7 days after your order ships, a short window in case a reprint is needed. Photos uploaded without completing an order are deleted after 7 days.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our email provider, and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. We never sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Email support@onewaytshirts.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
